Time: 12-15 May 2009
Venue: Vlora, Albania
The four-day conference will serve as a forum to present research papers and will give the opportunity to network. Admission decisions will be based on the structured abstract sent in advance, accepted papers will be subject to a referee process. Each participant will have 15 minutes to present his/her paper; question-and-answer period of 10 minutes will follow right after the presentation.
Keynote speeches will be represented by prominent academic members and experts, who will together with reviewers participate also in particular sections.
The papers will be published in pre-conference proceedings. The proceedings will be available during registration.
