Closed joint stock company "Bank NRB" is registered by the National Bank of Ukraine on June 15, 2001. On September 5, 2001, it obtained bank license and the license of the National Bank of Ukraine for performing transactions (16 out of 23 available in the register).

Today, CJSC "Bank NRB" is one of the largest custodians of securities in Ukraine; the amount of its depositary assets exceeds 1.8 billion UAH. Net assets of the bank for October 1, 2005, equalled to 731.8 million UAH, the capital – to 100 million UAH, Financial result for January-September – 6.65 million UAH.
