Primorska banka was founded on September 25th 2001 when it replaced "Primorska štedionica" d.d. Rijeka, (Primorska Savings Bank) and opened on October 31st 1997, the International Savings day.
Primorska banka d.d. Rijeka is a regional commercial bank which operates in the region of Rijeka, Istria, Lika and Senj. Most of the acitivities are directed towards private individuals, craftsmen and corporate clients.
