Armimpexbank is one of the oldest banks of Armenia, created in 1910 as a branch of Caucasian Trade Bank, which has been transformed to USSR Vneshtorgbank’s Armenian branch, during years of Soviet. The Bank was the unique one in the republic to provide external commercial operations to the economical units. On May 19, 2008, Armimpexbank CJSC was renamed into Ameriabank CJSC.
